The Thomson Police Department has confirmed a daycare bus driver has been arrested after a 4-year-old child was left on a bus on Monday.

Police from the 102nd Precinct are looking for a suspect who assaulted and robbed an MTA bus driver in Woodhaven on the night of Sunday, April 19.

Ryan Mastelotto this week was sentenced to 20 years in prison with parole eligibility in eight years. Mastelotto, unprovoked, attacked a 78-year-old RTC driver in February 2025.
