An Garda Síochána Recruitment Campaign Ad 2023

An Garda Síochána is conducting a dedicated road traffic enforcement operation throughout the Christmas period. During the fourth week of the operation, there were 3 fatalities on our roads and 8 serious collisions that resulted in a number of people receiving serious injuries. Nearly 2,100 checkpoints were carried out by An Garda Síochána and 149 drivers were arrested for driving while under the influence of an intoxicant. Over 4,600 drivers were detected for speeding offences by An Garda Síoch
