This young adult three-fingered sloth was getting a lot of attention by tourists on the side of the road as he clung to a big sign advertising local tourism activities. As you can see in these images, the area around the sign was cleared out and he had nowhere else to go. 😢 Luckily, local authorities were called and we were asked to assist in getting him back to the safety of the trees across the road.
